When your student group takes a trip to Williamsburg you may want to have a splashing good time at Water Country USA. There are slides, rides, and entertaining shows for the students to enjoy. They also have places where you can dine and shop for that perfect gift. Students of all ages will enjoy this experience. There are several thrilling slides at the park to explore. For example, one of the slides is known as Nitro Racer. During the ride, the students can challenge their friends to race down the six-lane superhighway and see who will make it to the bottom first. Another ride is known as Vanish Point which is Water Country USA’s epic drop slide. There are two ways to experience this exhilarating ride. The first way involves stepping into a skybox where you will drop down when the floor drops out from under your feet. The other way is to get in a horizontal position on the 300’ speed slide where you will drop down as soon as you flop down and it is a straight drop to the bottom. Water Country USA features an exciting show for the group to enjoy. It is called the Aquabatics Dive Show. During the program, students will see a jaw-dropping combination of high-dive, trapeze acts, trampoline stunts, and athletic acrobatics. The presentation is 20 minutes in length. There are also other fun attractions to experience. One of them is known as Malibu Pipeline which involves surprise twists, drops, and turns on your choice of two different flumes. The Surfer’s Bay Wave Pool is the largest wave pool in Virginia. You can practice body surfing or your back float in this relaxing “ocean of fun.”
