When your group is visiting Baltimore, you may want to take the Fell’s Point Ghost Walk. The students will be scared to the core as you learn about the spirits lurking in the shadows! You will also learn about the history of this interesting town. Fell’s Point was a seaport town and the birthplace of the sleek and dangerous clipper ship. There were sailors spilling off of the ships, immigrants excited to start a new life, and other characters who were looking to make a living in the maritime industry. With this combination, it isn’t surprising that many spirits remained behind. During the tour, the student group will walk through the haunted shops and homes in the dark of night. The students don’t want to stray far from the group because they may come face to face with the unknown. The guides will tell ghost stories. They will also discuss local history. The walk is about one hour in length. During your visit to this haunted neighborhood, the student group may want to stop by one of the restaurants or shops prior to the tour.
